Education has been run in the same way for a long time, and many thought leaders believe that it is way overdue for a serious overhaul. Schools deliver the same content, in the same way, with the same form of assessment at the end of the course.

One suggestion put forward is that schools should spend more time on developing the 4Cs – critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration – in order to prepare you more effectively for the contemporary world.
